What we hire
We hire giant 4ft light up letters and light up numbers across Leeds and Yorkshire, in two finishes: white with daylight white bulbs, and rustic in real wood with warm amber LEDs. Both cost the same. We carry multiples of every letter and number, so names, surnames, initials, ages and years all work.
Letters are £35 midweek and £40 Friday to Sunday, numbers £25 and £30, with a £50 minimum spend midweek and £60 at weekends — the full price list has every word worked out. Wireless uplighters wash a room in your colour and run a full evening on battery, with no cables across the floor.
Everything is delivered, set up, tested and collected by our own team from our Holbeck base in an agreed 9am–2pm window. We cover Leeds and the towns within about an hour, and delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode before you book.

- How much is light up letter hire in Leeds?
- Letters are £35 each Monday to Thursday and £40 Friday to Sunday. Numbers are £25 and £30, and the one-piece MR & MRS sign is £45 and £55. There's a £50 minimum spend midweek and £60 at weekends, so LOVE comes to £140 midweek and an 18th or 40th is £50. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode and shown with your total before you book.
- How big are the letters and numbers?
- Everything is 4ft tall. That's the only size we stock, so the lights in our photos are exactly what turns up at your venue.
- Do you deliver and set up?
- Yes — our own team, not a courier. We deliver in an agreed 9am–2pm window, position and test everything, then come back after your event to collect. Nothing for you to lift or plug in.
- What can we spell?
- We carry multiples of every letter A–Z and every number 0–9, plus an & and a heart in both white and rustic, and a # in white. Names, surnames, initials, ages and years all work — tell us the word and we'll confirm it's free on your date.
- White or rustic?
- White letters and numbers use daylight white bulbs for a clean, bright finish that suits any venue. Rustic are real wood with warm amber LEDs, made for barns, timber and exposed brick. Both are the same price.
- Which areas do you cover?
- We're based in Holbeck, LS11, and cover Leeds and the towns within about an hour — Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Halifax, York, Barnsley, Doncaster and Sheffield. Delivery is priced on your venue's postcode.
- Are the lights insured and tested?
- Yes. We hold public liability insurance and every light is PAT tested before it leaves us — the two things venues and wedding coordinators ask for. Ask on your booking and we'll send the certificates over to your venue.
